Delivery:
We aim to ship out orders within 24 hours, excluding weekends. We use Royal Mail tracked 48 with age verification. Please note you may be required to present ID to confirm you are over 18. Orders which fail verification and are returned will have the product cost refunded when we receive the returned items, however postage costs will not be refunded.
Orders which contain products that are back ordered will be shipped out as soon as those products are back in stock.

We no longer ship to EU countries due to the Windsor framework agreement which imposes extra fee’s on us if products we sell can make there way into the EU.

Returns:
Please note that for hygiene reasons we can not accept returns for products that have no fault related to them. For products that have a genuine fault please contact us in regards to this. We have a 30 day shop guarantee for products, after this it reverts to the manufacturers warranty and you should contact them in regards to problems. If a product is returned and doesn’t have a fault, or the fault was cause by the user then we will return the product once you have paid a shipping fee for the return.
